	Over 10,000 drawings on file, covering an extensive range of fittings and flanges.
	Cold sawing up to 450mm. Plasma cutting with automatic nesting up to 25mm thickness on a 6mtr bed.
	Pressing up to 25mm thickness and 600mm dia. Pyramid rolls at 200mm and 350mm dia top roll with a 25mm thickness capacity.
	TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding to WPSs fully supported by WPQRs. All welders coded and independently approved.
	A 20 cu mtr furnace, calibrated and charted to 1200degrees C with quenching facilities.
	All x-ray is carried out by qualified 3rd party NDE workshops with secondary interpretation by our in-house Q.C.
	Machining capability for fittings and flanges from 10mm dia to 1650mm dia. Drilling both 'through' and 'flat bottom 'holes to 75mm dia.
	Blast cleaning and pickling and passivation of all fittings.
	DPI,MPI,UT and PMI are carried out by our own in-house PCN level 2 technician. We are also qualified to carry out x-ray/gamma interpretation.
	100% final inspection for every item manufactured. Our Florite trademark is stamped on every product as a mark of quality.
